Loss, Grief, Death and Bereavement

Loss, Grief, Death and Bereavement

There are different methods and forms of therapy for grief processing.

This practice specializes in grief processing applying the Whole-Self method.

The Whole-Self method is a psychological, philosophical and educational approach that gives the client the opportunity to become aware of information that she or he may carry, but may not be (fully) aware of.

This particular method provides the opportunity to bring closure to unresolved issues around death, parting and loss for those who after extended periods may still find difficulty handling the loss of a loved one, even though they would want to.

Many times, the unresolved issues are precisely the obstacles that get in the way of grief processing and healing.

The Whole-Self Loss, Grief, Death and Bereavement Healing process mostly takes place in one main session. One or a few introductory meetings precede the main session. After the main session, one follow-up session will take place.

During the main session, the necessary insight is sought into the cause of the pain and sorrow, so that understanding, compassion, peace and tranquility can take their place; the pain and pressure in heart and mind can be relieved.

In addition to the death of a loved one, this method of healing can be applied to other comparable situations of loss and separation. It is a smooth, fast and especially compassionate process for almost any transition in life.
